随着农产品市场竞争从价格和数量竞争逐步转向差异化质量竞争,合作社肩负起引领发展中国家小农户顺利融入农业价值链参与大市场的重要使命。然而,成员"搭便车"行为却是妨碍合作社优质农产品供给的重要因素。基于山东省135家苹果专业合作社的调查数据,对合作社农产品质量供给的影响因素进行实证分析,研究表明:成员规模对合作社农产品质量的影响为正且边际递减,具有"倒U"型特征;政府规制对合作社农产品质量的影响为正,受政府规制程度越强的合作社,农产品质量越高;目标市场对合作社农产品质量有显著影响,以超市和出口企业为主要目标市场的合作社,农产品质量相对也较高;技术培训对合作社农产品质量供给的影响为正,与未组织技术培训的合作社相比,组织技术培训的合作社的农产品质量相对较高;凝聚力也会影响合作社农产品质量供给,拥有较强凝聚力的合作社往往更有能力提供优质农产品。
As competition of agriculture market turns gradually from price to quantity competition, co- operatives have the responsibility to lead small farmers to agriculture value chain. However, "thumb lift" behavior of members becomes an important factor hinders cooperatives' high quality agriculture supply. Based on the survey data from 135 apple cooperatives in Shandong province, this paper analyzes determinants of product quality of agricultural cooperatives. The results show that the member scale have a significant impact on cooperatives' product quality and demonstrate an "inverted U" feature. The impact of government regulation on the product quality of agricultural cooperatives is positive. The stronger degree of government regulation, the higher the product quality. Target markets have significant impact on cooperatives' product quality, and the product quality will be relatively high in cooperatives which take supermarket and export enterprises as the main target market. Technology training has a significant positive impact on cooperatives' product quality, compared with no technical training, and the product quality of cooperative which provide technical training is relatively high. Cohesion in cooperatives also affects product quality supply, the stronger degree of cohesion in cooperatives, the more ability to provide high - quality agricultural products.
