基于混合磁轴承悬浮力产生机理,为了更好的计算悬浮力,该文首先对气隙磁密进行分析,再由气隙磁密可得到气隙磁场的能量,最后根据力与能量关系推导出了磁轴承转子有垂直位移时的悬浮力计算公式。该计算公式的推导过程较简便,比以往的更加方便、高效且准确性较高。为了验证理论计算公式的正确性,运用Ansoft软件对设计的混合磁轴承样机进行两次模拟偏心试验,得出的试验数据与理论计算值很接近,试验结果验证了理论的正确性。
Based on hybrid magnetic bearing levitation force lated levitation force, firstly, this paper analyzed air-gap flux generating mechanism, in order to better calcu- density, then the air-gap flux density available air-gap magnetic field of energy, finally, according to the relationship between force and energy was deduced magnetic bearing rotor with a vertically displacement of levitation force calculation formula. The formula is more convenient, efficient and high accuracy. In order to verify the correctness of the theory calculation for- mula, using Ansoft software to design two prototype simulation of hybrid magnetic bearing eccentricity test, experimental data obtained with the calculated value is very close, the results verify the correctness of the theory.
