为减少独立直流电源数量,获得高质量的输出电压特性,提出了一种优化的级联型多电平拓扑结构。新型拓扑只需一个直流电源,采用了三相变压器。研究了新型拓扑的运行机理及输出特性。试验结果表明,提出的三相拓扑仅用9个H桥单元,就可获得13电平的输出相电压。与传统3种基本拓扑结构相比,不仅减少了元器件、直流电源的数量,降低了制造成本,而且改善了输出波形质量。即使在低调制因数下,其输出电压、电流性能也良好,适合在大功率及交流传动场合使用。
To reduce the number of isolated DC supplies and obtain high performance of output voltage, an optimal cascaded multilevel inverter was proposed. The novel topology adopts only one DC power supply with three- phase transformer. Operation mechanism and output characteristics of it were presented. The experimental results indicate that it can achieve 13-level output phase voltage with only 9 H-bridge cells. It can not only reduce largely the number of components and DC supplies with low manufacturing cost, but also improve greatly output waveforms compared with the conventional three basic topologies, and the performance of output voltage and current is good even under low modulation index. The novel topology is suitable to use in high power and AC drive fields.
