针对传统双绕组磁悬浮开关磁阻电机绕组数量较多,电机结构复杂的特点,研究了一种8/6极单绕组磁悬浮开关磁阻电机,每个定子极上只有一套绕组且相互独立。分析了电机的运行机理和导通策略,基于等效磁路法推导了绕组自感和互感模型。为克服建模困难,提出了一种基于辅助函数的数学建模新方法,运用查表法建立了电机径向力和转矩的数学模型,大大提高了模型的实用性。用有限元分析验证了数学模型的准确性,为电机的进一步研究奠定了理论基础。
In view of the characteristics of traditional bearingless switched reluctance motors( BSRMs)which have too many windings and complex structure,a novel 8 /6 structure BSRM which has single winding on a stator pole was analyzed,and every winding was independent of each other. The operation principle and the conduction policy were analyzed in this paper. The self inductance and mutual inductance of every winding were deduced based on the method of equivalent magnetic circuit. A new method of mathematical modeling based on an auxiliary function was proposed to overcome difficulties of mathematical modeling. The mathematical models of radial force and torque were written based on the method of look-up table. The usefulness of mathematical models was improved greatly. The finite element analysis was carried out to verify the accuracy of mathematical models,which provides the theoretical foundation for the further research of this motor.
