针对传统磁悬浮开关磁阻发电机内悬浮绕组和发电绕组间的强耦合问题,提出了一种新型短磁路磁悬浮开关磁阻发电机。该发电机定子极上设有相互独立的悬浮极和发电极,悬浮极上绕有悬浮绕组,发电极上绕有励磁绕组及发电绕组。本文阐述了该发电机的结构和运行机理,并根据虚位移法和绕组磁链的有限元结果推导了其数学模型,最后分析了其磁场特性。结果表明悬浮与发电子系统间相互独立,可实现悬浮绕组的独立控制。
According to the nonlinear coupling between radial force winding and generating winding in the conven-tional bearingless switched reluctance generators, a novel 12/14 hybrid pole type bearingless switched reluctance generators ( BSRG) with short flux path is proposed. The proposed BSRG has separated suspending poles and gen-erating poles. There are suspending windings placed on the suspending poles, while exciting windings and genera-ting windings are placed on the generating poles. In this paper, after illustrating the basic structure and running principle, its mathematical model is deduced based on the method of virtual displacement and the finite element method analysis results of magnetic flux. At last, the magnetic performance is analyzed. The results show that the subsystems of the suspending and generating are independent, then the suspending system can be separately con-trolled.
