为探索磁悬浮开关磁阻电机高性能无传感器控制,研究了一种基于最小二乘支持向量机的转子位移/位置观测器设计方法。该方法在对磁悬浮开关磁阻电机数学模型进行状态空间变换的基础上,采用最小二乘支持向量机设计转子位移/位置观测器。阐述了观测器设计原理,对观测器的稳定性进行分析,给出了观测器离线训练和在线学习的实施步骤。最后通过仿真和实验对所提方法进行了验证。结果表明,所设计观测器具备较好的观测效果,能够实时准确地观测出转子位移和位置,从而可实现无传感器控制。
To realize the sensorless control for bearingless switched reluctance motors(BSRM),a designing method for rotor displacement and position observers was studied using least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM).First,the mathematical model of BSRM was transformed to state space description form.Then the rotor displacement and position observers were designed by LS-SVM.The design principle was described,and the stability of observers was proved.Besides,the off-line training and on-line learning implementation steps of observers were given.Finally,simulation and experimental research was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the method,and the result shows that the designed observers can achieve realtime and accurate rotor displacement and position observation,thereby facilitating elimination of rotor displacement and position sensors.
