随着量子点(QDs)应用范围的扩大和研究的深入,探索高质量QDs的合成方法及保存条件已成为该领域迫切需要解决的问题。本文以非配位的十八烯(ODE)为溶剂,并引入极少量十四烷基膦酸(TDPA)合成了高质量的CdSe/ZnS QDs,并考察了浓度、温度和光照等保存条件对其荧光性能的影响。结果表明,通过TDPA的引入可调控前体的反应活性,从而控制晶体成核和生长过程,方法重现性好,产物性能优异;通过比较,认为低温、避光为适宜的保存条件。
For application of quantum dots,it is urgent to explore the synthesis and storage of high-quality quantum dots.In this paper,high quality CdSe/ZnS QDs were synthesized in a non-coordinating solvent—octadecylene(ODE)with tetradecylphosphonic acid(TDPA)added.The influences of concentration,temperature and light on the fluorescence properties of CdSe/ZnS QDs were studied.The results show that TDPA can regulate the reactive activity of the precursor,further controlling the nucleation and growth process.Our method shows excellent reproducibility,by which high-quality product can be obtained.It has been found that low-temperature and keeping away from light are preferable conditions for storage of quantum dots in organic solvents.
