荧光检测技术自其出现以来发展非常迅速,已经广泛应用于不同无机离子、小分子、有机物以及DNA和蛋白质的检测。近年来,随着生命科学的迅猛发展,特别是为了满足传染性疾病快速灵敏检测的需求,不同新型荧光分析检测技术应运而生,在病毒检测中发挥了重要的作用,为临床诊断和个性化医学治疗奠定了基础。该文综述了多种基于荧光技术发展起来的病毒检测方法,比较了它们在病毒检测中的优缺点,并展望了这些检测技术的发展趋势。
The analytical detection technology based on fluorescence developed very rapidly since its emergence, and has been widely applied in inorganic ions, small molecules, organic compounds, as well as DNA and protein detection. In recent years, in response to the rapid development of life sciences, especially viruses which have caused major human diseases detection requirements, a variety of new fluorescent analysis technologies have been developed, which played an important role in virus detection for clinical diagnostics and point-of-care treatment. This paper reviews some virus detection methods which developed based on fluorescence technology, and compares the advantages and disadvantages between them in the virus detection application, finally look forward to the future development of these technologies.
