以传动轴材料试样扭转疲劳为研究对象,对材料试样强化和损伤过程中剩余刚度的变化进行试验研究。研究结果表明,剩余刚度随着强化和损伤的程度不同而不同,初始刚度在强化过程中有升高的趋势,在损伤过程中被逐步削弱:剩余刚度在疲劳强化与损伤过程中的变化趋势与剩余强度的变化趋势基本一致,为剩余刚度用于预测材料或零部件的强化和损伤提供一定的可能。
The change of residual stiffness of material specimen was investigated under torsion fatigue strengthening and damaging process. The investigated results show that the residual stiffness was increased with fatigue strengthening and decreased with fatigue damaging. The change tendency of the residual stiffness is similar to that of the residual strength during fatigue process of material specimen. Residual stiffness could be used to additionally predict the strengthening and damagjing of material or component if the quantitative relationship between the residual strength and residual stiffness is established.
