以某汽车传动轴的标准材料试样为对象,试验研究了强化和损伤过程中试样的剩余静强度的变化特征。试验结果表明:试样的剩余静强度随着疲劳强度的强化而增大,随着材料损伤程度的增大而减小;剩余静强度的变化趋势与疲劳强度的变化趋势基本一致;在最佳强化载荷和最佳强化次数下,剩余静强度变化的稳定性和规律性强,偏离最佳强化次数时,剩余静强度变化的规律性较差。
Using standard material specimen of vehicle constant velocity joint, the residual static strength during strengthening and damaging process was investigated. The results show that the re- sidual static strength of material is increased with fatigue strengthening and decreased with fatigue damaging. The change trend of residual static strength is similar to that of the fatigue strength during strengthening and damaging process. However, there are more obvious change characteristics to the residual static strength under the optimal strengthening cycles and load, such as the stability, regular- ity and accuracy.
