当AC98型等速万向节承受极限扭矩时,内、外沟道与钢球接触产生剪切应力。根据最大剪切应力在表面的分布制定了沟道的热处理方式,最后进行了等速万向传动轴总成静态强度扭转试验,试验后拆分等速万向节进行验证。结果是传动中间轴被扭断,但内、外沟道仍保持完好。这充分说明热处理工艺是合理的。研究结果能为等速万向节沟道的强化提供参考。
When AC98 type constant velocity universal joint is endured the limit torque, the contact between inner andouter raceways and steel ball produces the shear stress. According to distribution of maximum shear stress on the surface, theway of heat treatment was constituted. Finally, torsion test of the static strength for constant velocity universal transmissionshaft was done. The test and verify of spliting the constant velocity joint after the torsion test of static strength were carriedout. The results are that the transmission intermediate shaft is broken, but inside and outside raceways are still intact. This fullyshows that the heat treatment process is reasonable. The research results can provide reference for the strengthening of theconstant velocity universal joint raceways.
