以某汽车旋锻轴为例,对其不同变形截面硬度测量,通过硬度强度转换,求出不同变形截面径向变形量与应变。由径向变形量与硬度强度关系:由于旋锻轴旋锻加工方式对应无芯棒旋锻与含芯棒旋锻,不同加工形式对应的加工硬化差异较大。由应变与硬度强度关系:随着应变的增大,硬度强度对应增大,将不同变形截面应变与强度关系拟合成幂函数加工硬化曲线,并与由材料拉伸试验拟合硬化曲线对比,在工程上通过径向变形量的变化来描述加工硬化。
The hardness measurement experiment of different deformation sections of rotary swaging driveshaft was investigated. The conversion between hardness and strength,the calculation of radial deformation and strain were studied.Relations between radial deformation and hardness,strength show that due to the rotary swaging with and without mandrel of rotary swaging driveshaft,different process forms have sharp work-hardening differences. Relations between strain and hardness,strength show that with the increase of strain,the hardness and strength increase relatively. Relation between strain and strength of different sections was fitted into power function work-hardening curve,which in comparison with the fitted curve by tensile test,describing the work hardening by radial deformation in engineering.
