宗祠本是宗族家族人们供奉祖先神位进行祭祀的地方。随着历史的不断发展,宗祠日益上升成为了宗族成员聚会和宗族文化教育的场所,宗祠的建筑形制和体现的内容也发生了相应的变化。文章以桂南地区的宗祠建筑作为研究对象,对其形制作了相应的介绍,探讨桂南宗祠建筑所体现的文化内容,挖掘该地区宗祠的文化价值,进而对桂南地区宗祠建筑文化作一个合理的评价。
英文摘要：
Ancestral temples were originally a place to keep ancestral tablets,to sacrifice ancestors. However,with the development of history,the ancestral temples also become the place to hold clan meeting,family member parties and the place to breed and educate offspring. Then,both the building and function of the ancestral temple have changed. This article analyzes the ancestral temples building,including the external form,cultural implication and cultural value and a reasonable assessment of ancestral temple architectural culture in the southern part of Guangxi Province.
