According to the ＂three proposals ＂, the Beijing municipal universities gain prominent characteristics as well as deficiencies in the term of ideological and political working mechanism. Hence,under the guidance of ＂three proposals ＂,the new working mechanism should adapt to a new era and innovate to accomplish the operating mechanism,team-building mechanism and assessment and incentive mechanism in a planned and orderly way. Further,more emphasis is needed in the development of ideologicaland political work in universities and the discovery and improvement of problems during the practice of socialist core value in order to make sure an order process of ideological and political work among Beijing municipal universities.
