With the development of society and economy, the way of tourism has shifted from the traditional or experiential travel to leisure travel, so tourism market is passing each day. The development strategy of Qinhuangdao is to be the eco-coastal tourism city. Based on SWOT analysis tool from internal and external conditions of Qinhuangdao leisure travel, and then making the SO, ST, WO, WT strategy to develop tourism in Qinhuangdao, in order to achieve the rapid rise of Qinhuangdao , with the collaborative development process in Beijing to Tianjin.
