为研究刘寄奴和杜仲对中华绒螯蟹生长和抗氧化能力的影响,试验分为对照组、刘寄奴0.5%添加组、刘寄奴1.0%添加组、杜仲0.5%添加组、杜仲1.0%添加组,每组3个重复。结果表明:刘寄奴和杜仲可显著提高中华绒螯蟹抗氧化能力,促进了河蟹总超氧化歧化酶(T-SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的产生,河蟹肌肉和内脏团中T-SOD酶、CAT酶分别提高29.70%、30.32%、87.50%、67.25%;两种中药同时也抑制了河蟹内脏团中MDA的含量,但肌肉中MDA含量有所增加;刘寄奴对中华绒螯蟹机体中NO含量有抑制作用,杜仲却有促进作用;同时两种中药对其生长性能无显著影响。两种中草药可以提高中华绒螯蟹的抗氧化能力和部分免疫能力,刘寄奴效果优于杜仲。
To study the effect ofSiphonostegiaandEucommia ulmoideson the growth and antioxidantcapacity ofEriocheir sinensis,the crabs were divided into five groups,crabs in one group were fedcommercial diet(control group),and onter groups were fed commercial diet supplemented with 0.5%and 1.0% ofSiphonostegia,and 0. 5% and 1.0% ofEucommia ulmoides1.0% respectively. Therewere three repeats in each of these groups.The results showed thatSiphonostegiaandEucommia ul-moidescould significantly improve the Chinese mitten crab antioxidant capacity,promote crab super-oxide dismutase(T-SOD) and peroxide and catalase(CAT).T-SOD,CAT in the muscle and viscer-al were increased by 29.70%,30.32%,87.50%,67.25%.Both traditional Chinese medicine could in-hibit the content of MDA in the crab visceral mass,but that increased in muscle.Siphonostegiaim-proved the content of NO in the Chinese mitten crab body,Eucommia ulmoidesexhibited inhibitoryeffects.Two herbs were not significantly affected on the growth performance of the animals.Two Chi-nese herbal medicine could improve the antioxidant capacity and immunity of the Chinese mittencrab,Siphonostegiahad better effects.
