In the study, three kinds of compound Chinese herbal （ I1 , I2,I3 ） were added to the basal diet for Eriocheir sinensis at 0,0. 5% and 1.0%. The effect of the compound Chinese herbals on growth and the antioxidative index were tested in fourth and eighth week.The results showed that the weight and fullness of the crabs had significantly promoting when the concentration of 12 was 1.0% and 0.5% in the diet.When the addition level of I1 was 0.5% ,the diet could promote advance of T- SOD vitality and NO content, but had not effect of CAT vitality and MDA content.When the addition level of 12 was 0. 5% ,the diet could promote advance of NO content,T-SOD and CAT activity.When the addition level of 13 was 0.5% ,the diet could promote decrease of content of MDA.In Concerning growth and antioxidative indicators in crabs, the suitable addition level of compound Chinese herbal 12 in the diet was 0. 5%.
