研究旨在探讨白藜芦醇对乌克兰鳞鲤消化酶及非特异性免疫指标的影响。采用单因子浓度梯度法,在饲料中分别添加0、40、80、120、160、200 mg/kg水平的白藜芦醇(RES),投喂7 d后测定乌克兰鳞鲤肝胰脏和血浆中的部分生化指标。结果表明:饲料中添加160 mg/kg白藜芦醇能提高乌克兰鳞鲤抗氧化能力,其中肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量明显降低,血浆中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性也明显提高。与对照组相比,饲料中添加40-160 mg/kg白藜芦醇,能提高乌克兰鳞鲤肝胰脏、前肠和中肠的消化能力。综合分析,饲料中添加80-160 mg/kg白藜芦醇能有效提高乌克兰鳞鲤幼鱼的非特性免疫力和消化功能。
This experiment was conducted tostudy the effect of resveratrol on the digestiveenzymes and nonspecific immune indexes ofUkraine carp. Using single factor density gradi-ent method, the diets were supplemented with0, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200 mg/kg level of resvera-trol, measuring biochemical parameters in hepatopancreas and plasma of each fish after feeding 7 days. The results showed that: ① 160 mg/kg of dietary resveratrol can improve the SOD activity in hepatopancreas, decrease the content of MDA in hepatopancreas, and improve the CAT activity in plasma of Ukraine carp. ② Compared with the control group, 40-160 mg/kg of dietary resveratrol can improve the digestibility of hepatopancreas, foregut and midgut in Ukraine carp. Therefore, it can be seen: 80-160 mg/kg of dietary resveratrol can improve the non-specific immunity and digestive function.
