目的研究鬼箭羽的化学成分。方法采用溶剂法和色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、光谱数据的解析进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定的9个化合物分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、木栓醇(Ⅱ)、木栓酮(Ⅲ)、松萝酸(Ⅳ)、羽扇豆酮(Ⅴ)、白桦脂醇(Ⅵ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅶ)、正二十六烷酸(Ⅷ)和正二十八烷醇(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅴ~Ⅷ均为首次从鬼箭羽中分离获得。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical compounds of Euonymus alatus ( Thunb. ) Sieb. METHODS The chemical components were isolated by solvent extraction and chromatography. The structures were identified on the basis of physico - chemical constant and spectral data. RESULTS 9 compounds were isolated and identified as β - sitosterol ( Ⅰ ), friedelinol ( Ⅱ), friedelin ( Ⅲ),usnic acid ( Ⅳ ), lupenone ( Ⅴ ), betulin ( Ⅵ), oleanolic acid ( Ⅶ ), n - hexacosanoic acid ( Ⅶ ), n - octacosanol (Ⅸ). CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅴ - Ⅷ were obtained for the first time from this plant.
