目的研究鬼箭羽(Euonymus alatus)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20,大孔树脂,制备高效液相色谱仪等柱色谱及重结晶等方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到8个已知化合物分别为:雷公藤内酯甲(1),槲皮素(2),苯甲酸(3),何帕-22(29)-烯-3β-醇(4),5-羟甲基糠醛(5),咖啡因(6),角鲨烯(7),正二十五烷(8)。结论化合物4~8为首次从该植物中得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Euonymus alatus(Thunb.)Sieb..METHODS Isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel,sephardex LH-20,macroporous absorbent resin and HPLC,et al.Constituents were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Wilforlide A(1),quercetin(2),phenylformic acid(3),hop-(22)-29-en-3β-ol(4),5-hydroxymethyl furfural(5),caffeine(6),squalene(7),and n-Pentacosane(8) were obtained and identified.CONCLUSION Compound 4-8 were isolated from Euonymus alatus for the first time.
