目的:对马兰挥发性化学成分进行分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法对马兰根和茎的挥发性成分进行提取,利用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术对马兰挥发性成分进行分析。结果:通过计算机检索,从马兰茎中鉴定出30种化学成分,占挥发性总成分的92.32%。从马兰根中鉴定出34种化学成分,占挥发性总成分的91.32%。马兰茎的主要挥发性化学成分为:β-榄香烯(6.79%),α-葎草烯(14.28%),大根香叶烯D(19.16%),δ-杜松烯(5.58%),大根香叶烯B(11.42%),植醇(5.59%)。马兰根的主要挥发性化学成分为:β-蒎烯(12.34%),m-Methoxy-β-Cyclopropylstyrene(8.34%),p-Methoxy-β-Cyclopropylsty-rene(18.70%),2-(1-E-丙烯基)-3-甲氧苯基2-甲基丁酸酯(9.96%),2-(1-E-丙烯基)-4-甲氧苯基2-甲基丁酸酯(7.84%)。结论:首次采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对马兰茎和根的挥发性成分进行提取研究。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Indian kalimeris herb.Methods:The volatile oil from Indian kalimeris herb was extracted through steam distillation.The chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results:Thirty compounds were identified from stem of Indian kalimeris herb,which accounted for 92.32%of total volatile oil.Thirty-four compounds were identified from root of Indian kalimeris herb,which accounted for 91.32%of total volatile oil.The main constituents in the essential oil from stem of Indian kalimeris herb were β-elemene(6.79%),α-humulene(14.28%),germacrene-D(19.16%),delta.-cadinene(5.58%),germacrene B(11.42%),phytol (5.59%).The main constituents in the essential oil from root of Indian kalimeris herb were beta.-pinene(12.34%),m-Methoxy-β- Cyclopropylstyrene(8.34%),p-Methoxy-β-Cyclopropylstyrene(18.70%),2-(1-E-propenyl)-4-methoxyphenyl 2-methylbutanoate (9.96%),2-(1-E-propenyl)-4-methoxyphenyl 2-methyl-butanoate(7.84%).Conclusion:The compositions of volatile oils from stem and root of Indian kalimeris herb were studied for the first time by GC/MS.
