Based on the students enrollment and education status of African students, this paper analyzes thecross-culture psychological state and various factors that influenced the cross-culture adaption of students abroad un-der the background of multi-culture, in the hope of improving the material support for oversea students in China,building a more relaxed and friendly social supporting environment and realizing more efficient multi-culture man-agement benefit.
