阐述了基于虚拟仪器技术的试验模态分析系统的设计。首先介绍了试验模态分析的理论基础、系统构成和工作原理,然后设计了数据采集、文件管理、信号发生、时域分析、频域分析等模块的功能,最后通过标准轴的锤击试验验证了系统的可行性和准确性。该系统通过试验确定结构的模态频率、模态阻尼比和模态振型,简单直观,易于操作,可广泛应用于教学科研以及工程实际中。
An experimental modal analysis system based on virtual instruments technology was presented. The basic theory of experimental modal analysis, its structure and principle were introduced. The function module including data acquisition, file management, signal generator, time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis were designed. The feasibility and accuracy were verified with experiments on a standard shaft. The presented system can easily measure the modal, frequency and damping of a structure. It is simple and easy,can be widely used in teaching,research and engineering.
