研究了BTA深孔加工中非线性流体力的分布问题。依据实际加工中非线性流体动压力应满足的物理特点,以近似解析解为基础,建立了有限长钻杆所承受的切削液流体动压模型,模型中考虑了钻杆转速、涡动速度及钻杆偏心率等因素。针对切削液非线性流体力的分析与计算,定量阐明了切削液非稳态流体的动压特性,并结合钻杆运动参数与结构设计参数等改变时对非线性流体力分布变化规律的影响,讨论了切削液流体力引起的钻杆涡动和失稳的力学机理,得出了对生产实践有指导意义的钻杆间隙系数用量选择准则。
Nonlinear hydrodynamic force distribution in boring and trepanning association( was investigated. According to the eharaeterisrics of Reynolds equation of cutting fluid and BTA) deep hole drilling taking approximate analyrical pressure function as the basic solution, nonlinear hydrodynamic force was modeled. The effects of parameters such as the rotational velocity of drilling shaft and its whirling velocity, eccentric velocity etc. are taken into consideration in the model of nonlinear hydrodynamic force. By using theoretic analysis and computation for the rules of the nonlinear hydrodynamic force distribution while changing the the structural and the moving parameters of the drilling shaft, a quantitative elucidation of the dynamic pressure characteristics of nonlinear hydrodynamic force was implemented, and the whirling condition and instability of the drilling shaft were discussed. Finally, the rules for selecting the drilling shaft parameters were derived.
