通过高能球磨与粉末冶金技术制备高强度自润滑PM304涂层,PM304涂层相对密度达到93%、抗拉伸强度达47MPa,相比等离子喷涂制备的PS304涂层,相对密度与抗拉伸强度明显提高。并且,涂层中的自润滑成分尺寸细小且分布均匀,其中Cr2O3粒子尺寸为100nm左右,BaF2/CaF2粒子为1μm左右。
Self-lubricating PM304 composite with high strength has been prepared by high-energy ball milling and powder metallurgy. The relative density achieved 93%, and the tensile strength was about 47 MPa, which is much higher than those of PS304 made by plasma sputtering. Besides, the self-lubricating particles in composite present a very fine and uniform distribution. The particle size of Cr2O3 is about 100 nm, and BaF2/CaF2 less than 1 μm.
