给出一种电磁轴承支承的刚性转子不平衡力的周期性迭代前馈补偿方法。该方法在系统的主控回路中引入前馈补偿信号,通过采样转子振动,对前馈补偿量进行周期性迭代修正,最终实现不平衡力补偿。该方法的优点在于不需要建立系统精确的数学模型,具有一定的自适应能力,同时也不会影响系统的稳定性。在论证该迭代补偿收敛性的基础上,分别通过仿真和实验验证该方法对不平衡力补偿的有效性。
A new method of periodic iterative feedforward on unbalance force for rigid rotor with electromagnetic beating supports is presented. By this method the feedforward compensation signal is introduced into the main control circuit of the system, by sampling the vibration signal of rotor, the iterative correction for the feedforward compensation value is carried out periodically in order to realize eventually the unbalance force compensation. The method does not need exact mathematical model in the system and has certain self-adaptive ability. Moreover, it also does not influence the stability of the system. The convergence of iterative compensation is discussed, and the method is proved available to the compensation on tmbalance force by the numerical simulation.
