【目的/意义】为了探究高知识创造团体内部的合作关系分布,从而指导科研合作活动。【方法/过程】选取网络密度和聚集系数作为测度科研人员合作分布的指标,以图书情报领域两所知名大学的学者组成的28个合作网络为研究对象,利用负二项回归模型建立科研合作网络结构特征与团体知识创造之间的定量关系。【结果/结论】实证研究结果表明网络密度对于知识创造具有非常显著的正向影响,聚集系数对于知识创造具有较为显著的正向影响。说明高知识创造团体内部的合作关系分布在整个网络范围内而不仅是子群内部,因此图书情报领域的学者不仅应加强小团体内部的合作,更应该鼓励小团体外部的合作与交流。
[ Purpose/significance ] To explore the distribution of cooperation of the high knowledge creation community and guide the scientific cooperation activities. [Method/process] Network density and the clustering coefficient are elected as the indicators to estimate the distribution of scientists' cooperation. With 28 scientific cooperative networks of two top uni- versities in library and information science areas as the research object, the negative binomial regression model of quantita- tive relation between scientific cooperative networks' structure and team's knowledge creation is formed. [Result/conclu- sion] Results of empirical research indicate that network density has a very significant positive impact on knowledge cre- ation and the clustering coefficient has conspicuous positive impact on knowledge creation. It illustrates that the high knowl- edge creation groups' cooperative relations usually occur within the scope of the whole network. Scholars in the field of li- brary and information science should be encouraged to cooperation in cliques and cliques should communicate with each other also.
