【Purpose/significance】On the basis of systematical review of the evolution and development sequence of the technology acceptance model,the development trend of the theoretical model is summarized.The paper enriches the theoretical study of user behavior.【Method/process】Based on review of the evolution of technology acceptance model theory,the paper uses bibliometrics method to do quantitative analysis of domestic and international research status,including annual and subject distribution of paper,high frequency authors and research focus.【Result/conclusion】The paper summaries the research trends：introducing new theory and external variables,facing new fields and targeting new objects.
