【目的/意义】为更好地利用社交平台,透视蜜月游游客的消费行为,采用UGC文本内容挖掘的方法对中国蜜月游游客分享的蜜月游记进行了研究。【方法/过程】对游记内容进行采集之后,借助词频统计工具对游记文本高频词进行了梳理,并借助SPSS工具对游记文本高频词之间的语义关系进行了聚类分析和多维尺度分析,将高频词的具体语义内容分为旅游景观资源、旅游娱乐活动、旅游服务设施、目的地美食和开放程度等五类。【结果/结论】优质的景观资源、丰富的娱乐活动、完善的服务设施、有特色的美食以及较高的开放程度在游客的蜜月目的地信息选择中起着重要作用。
【Purpose/significance】To better utilize social platforms and investigate honeymoon tourists' consume behaviors,this article conducted the study on honeymoon travel notes shared by China's honeymoon tourists with UGC and text min-ing analysis.【Method/process】Finishing collection of honeymoon travel notes, with word frequency statistical tools, seman-tic contents of high-frequency words were divided into five parts including tourism landscape resources, tourism entertain-ments, tourism service and facilities, specialty food and openness degree after clustering analysis and multidimensionalscaling analysis conducted on semantic relations of high-frequency words in travel notes by SPSS.【Result/conclusion】It in-dicated that superior tourism landscape resources, rich tourism entertainments, perfect tourism service and facilities, spe-cialty food and high openness degree played important roles in destination selections of China's honeymoon tourists.
