孙桂芝教授治疗肺癌常用方剂浅析

孙桂芝教授是中国中医科学院广安门医院著名中医及中西医结合肿瘤学家,学术底蕴丰厚,经验宏富,疗效卓著,先后研制出减轻化疗药物毒副反应的健脾益肾冲剂、防治复发转移的扶正防癌口服液、减毒增效的养胃抗瘤冲剂等一系列有效抗癌方剂,在临床广为运用,造福于广大患者,深受病患及行业同仁信赖与推崇。文章简要介绍了孙师治疗肺癌时的常用方剂及经验,孙师临床辨治肺癌,有三方最为常用,为《千金》苇茎汤、清燥救肺汤和百合固金汤。三方效用各不相同,临证时须根据肺癌病理及病证特点之不同而分别予以辨证施用。

英文摘要:

Prof. SUN Gui - zhi is the eminent scholar in oncology of traditional Chinese medicine and the integrated Chinese and western medicine. She is rich in academic foundation and experiences and is outstanding in therapeutic effect. She has researched and developed a series of effective formulas for anticancer, such as jianpi yishen granules for alleviated the toxic side effects of chemotherapy, fuzheng fangai oral liquid for the prevention and recurrence of metastasis and yangwei kangliu granules for detoxification and effect enhancement. These formulas have been extensively used in clinic and benefited the patients. Hence, she is deeply trusted and highly respected by the patients and colleagues. Prof. Sun's common formulas and experiences in treatment of lung cancer were briefly introduced in the paper. Based on the pattern/syndrome differentiation of lung cancer in clinical, three formulas are the most common, named qianjin weijing decoction, qingzao jiufei decoction and baihe gujin decoction. These formulas are different in the effects and actions among each other and should be used according to the pathological and syndrome characteristics, as well as the patten differentiation of lung cancer in clinical practice.
