This paper studies the much starker choices-and graver consequences-in distribution network planning optimization design, the key analysis of the main principles of electricity; Further study of the high voltage distribution network and medium voltage distribution network power balance and step-down capacity calculation; Through the plant access system principle research, obtained the result access system voltage level. On the basis of the electric power safety accident emergency disposal and regulations on the investigation and handling, 110 kV and below table checking system risk analysis; Finally proposed the distribution network planning and rational analysis of the superior power grid network frame and Sugges- tions.
