利用故障模式影响分析法(FMEA),首先对复杂的配电网进行网络等值的简化,将复杂配电网逐步等值为简单的辐射形配电网;然后重点研究了配电网中设备在不同运行阶段的故障率规律,给出了不同阶段故障率的模型,并提出了实时故障率的概念。在此基础上,利用实时故障率对配电网的可靠性指标进行修正,得到了改进的可靠性评估模型,该模型较完备地考虑了设备运行年限的不同阶段对配电网可靠性评估的影响。实例计算结果表明,该可靠性评估模型是一种有效的配电网可靠性评估算法,能更真实地反应配电网的实际情况。
A distribution system reliability evaluation method based on FMEA(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) is presented;Reliability-network-equivalent method is introduced,which gradually can convert complexity of distribution network to simple network;And then the distribution network of devices running at different stages of the law,the failure rate at different stages and time-varying failure rates is given,which get the reliability model of considering time-varying failure rates by improving the of the reliability assessment.Example calculation of a real feeder verifies it an effective analytic arithmetic of distribution system reliability and more suitable for distribution systems.
