随着我国医药卫生体制改革的进一步深化,医院应承担更多社会责任的呼声也越来越高。本文在明确医院社会责任行为表现重要意义的基础上,利用内容分析法对公立医院履行社会责任的行为表现进行了探讨,并对结论进行了分析,指出了研究的不足和未来的努力方向。公立医院履行社会责任主要表现在向患者提供优质的医疗服务、完成政府指令性任务和计划、承担突发事件的救援任务、提供健康促进服务、价格优惠、慈善医疗、教育科研和参与社会公益活动等8个方面。

英文摘要：

With China＇s health-care reform plan deepening further,the appeals for hospitals undertaking more social responsibilities also become louder.On the basis of defining the significance of the behaviors of public hospitals＇ social responsibilities,this paper discusses those behaviors from a practical point of view by utilizing content analysis;moreover indicates the inadequate aspects and the direction of future efforts by discussing on the conclusions.The behaviors of public hospital to fulfill their social responsibilities mainly include eight aspects： providing high-qualified medical service to patients,accomplishing government mandatory missions,undertaking rescues under emergencies or major disasters,providing health promotion services,granting price discounts to patients,offering charity medical treatment,developing education research activities and participating in social public activities.
