Hospitals should take more social responsibility.The theory research and practice activities in our national hospitals are in their starting period.The relation between hospital social responsibility and financial performance has become the most important driving factor.The implementation of the responsibility will bring a-bout the negative influence on the short-term financial performance and meanwhile will cause the positive im-pact on the long-term financial performance.This positive influence is transferred mainly through the interme-diary variables of the hospital reputation.
