从客观性全面性原则考虑,一直以来的政府式医院绩效评价反馈效果并不佳。笔者从患者角度,基于公益性提出“自下而上”医院声誉评价基本架构,并利用验证性因子分析和结构方程模型对因素内在结构和关系分析论证。结果表明除了医疗效果,医院情感吸引、患者经济性支出、医院发展、医院社会责任等也是影响医院声誉的重要因子。
From the perspective of the principles of objectiveness and comprehensiveness,the present hospital evaluation implemented by the government is ineffective. From the perspective of the patients, the authors propose the " bottom - up" reputation assessment framework of hospitals on the basis of public benefit. Furthermore, CFA and SEM are used to testify the internal structure and rela- tions. The results show that besides treatment effects, emotional appeal, economic expenditure of patients, hospital development and social responsibility are also important elements iufhlencing the reputation of hospitals.
