伴随经济总量快速增长尤其是经济开放度与国际化程度不断提高,我国核心技术创新能力相对低下等问题日益凸现。围绕技术创新能力,本文实证研究技术能力约束、技术进步路径演变与创新绩效问题。研究结果显示:技术能力对技术进步路径选择产生较显著影响,这突出反应在技术投入能力、技术创新条件、技术知识积累等方面;政府调控能力、市场竞争、市场需求等因素对技术路径选择产生重要影响,但差异较大,技术进步也存在一定的路径依赖性;技术能力、技术进步路径对创新绩效均产生正向影响。为此,应不断优化技术进步路径,关注技术进步的持续性、累积效应,最终实现技术引进向自主创新转型。
With the rapid growth of the economy, especially the constant increase of economic opening and internationalization, the problem on the core technological innovation in China is relatively low has increasingly clearly appeared. Focus on the technological in- novation, the relationship among technical capacity constraint, the erolution path of technological progress, and the performance inno- vation is analyzed. The results show that the technical capability has a significant impact on the selection of technological progress path, especially on the technical input capabihty, technical innovation condition, and the accumulation of technical knowledge. The factors involving, government regulation ability, market competition, and market demand have an important impact on the selection of technology progress path ,however the affection is quite different. Therefore, the technological progress path should be optimized, high- lighting the role of the technical sustainability in order to meet the need of the transformation of China' s economics.
