The urbanization of our country has great importance to the overall modernization.The level of modernization report in 2013 published by the Chinese Academy of Sciences showed that one of the main challenges facing the future of our country was the ruralurbanization problems.Agriculturalurbanization level was notonly related to the development of modernization in the country side,but also to the improvement of the agricultural modernization.And it was also the foundation of the country＇s modernization.Along with the rural primary contradiction is transformed from guaranteeing food security to increasing farmers＇ income,there is great meaning to study there lation between the newty peofurbanization and thelevel off armers＇ income.Inthispaper,according to the date between 1978 to 2015,an alyzestheurbanization and the level off armers＇ incom eusing the method of empirical study.And putforward some related policies about how to better promote the new urbanization and increase farmers＇ income.
