采用真空封管熔炼法成功制备N型Ag0.8PbmSbTem+2(m=12,14,16,18)合金粉体材料,经过高能球磨使合金粉末粒度达到微米量级。利用快速热压烧结工艺,在673K,压力为20MPa下,烧结30min,制备块体热电材料。研究快速热压和m值的变化对材料的结构和热电性能的影响。当m=16时,在348K材料Seebeck系数达到最大值-634μV/K。当m=18时,在548K功率因子达到最大值7.5×10^-4W/(m·K^2)。
Micro-sized powder of N-type Ag0.8PbmSbTem+2(m=12,14,16,18) alloy was fabricated via a vacuum sealed melting method combined with high energy ball milling.Rapid hot-pressing sintering was employed to prepare bulk thermoelectric materials at 673K with sintering pressure of 20MPa,and time of 30min,respectively.The influence of rapid hot-pressing sintering method and variation in the value of m on the structure and the thermoelectric properties was investigated.The maximum Seebeck coefficient of -634μV/K is obtained at 348K with m equaling to 16.The power factor reaches a maximum value of 7.5×10^-4W/(m·K^2) at 548K for an m of 18.
