为改善传动轴激光焊接起始点凹坑、裂纹等缺陷,提高其焊接质量,本文提出了激光焊接功率缓升缓降叠加工艺研究,分别对传动轴起弧点和收弧点进行了功率缓升、缓降以及缓升缓降叠加试验研究,分析了焊缝宏观形貌、显微硬度以及扭转强度。结果表明当功率缓升缓降时间为0.3 s时,焊缝起弧点和收弧点凹坑明显改善但存在未焊透段,缓升缓降叠加后焊缝成形质量较好,焊缝区显微硬度和扭转强度都明显高于母材,各个方面性能显著提高,更能满足恶劣环境下的服役要求。
jIn order to improve the defects like surface pits and cracks occuring at the weld initial position during laserwelding of transmission shaft, a new welding technology was proposed and the tests of laser power slow-rising at initialwelding position, laser power slowing-down at end-point and the superposed test of the laser power slow-rising andslowing-down were carried out, moreover, the weld forming, microhardness and torsional strength were also investigated. Theresults show that the pit defects don't occur when the time of laser power slow-sising and slowing-down is 0.3 s, but thereexists incomplete penetration weld. The quality of the welded joint is under the superposed test better. The microhardness andtorsional strength in the weld zone are significantly higher than those in the base metal, and the properties of the weld aresignificantly improved,which is more suitable for harsh environment of service requirements.
