Nickel-based Ni60 alloy coating on Q235A steel surface was prepared by laser cladding. The effects of laser scanning speed on the microhardness of the cladding coating were researched. The friction and wear properties of the cladding coating and Q235A steel were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of scanning speed, the microhardness of the cladding coating increases. Under the scanning speed of 5 mm/s, the friction and wear properties of the cladding coating is 3.47 times of the matrix.
