乌苏酸是存在于天然植物中的一种五环三萜类化合物,广泛应用于药品和化妆品之中。它的作用过程与生物膜脂分子有密切关系。选用生物膜系统中的二棕榈酰基磷脂酰乙醇胺(DPPE)为代表,通过LB膜(LANGMUIR-BLODGETT film)技术制备不同物质量比例的乌苏酸/DPPE混合单分子层并获取相应的表面压力/平均分子面积(π-A)曲线。分析π-A曲线并用原子力显微镜观察。实验结果表明:乌苏酸/DPPE混合单层膜的物质的量比以及膜压对其稳定性、混合性有重要的影响。
The ursolic acid(UA,a pentacyclic triterpenoids) exists in natural plant,is widely used in medicines and cosmetics.The course of its role is closely related to the membrane lipid molecules.The membrane systems dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl ethanolamine(DPPE) was adopted as the representative to prepare the proportion of the amount of different substance ursolic acid/DPPE mixed monolayer and obtained the corresponding surface pressure/mean molecular area(π-A) curve through LB technique.π-A isotherms was analyzed and observed by atomic force microscopy.It was found that the proportion of the amount of substance ursolic acid/DPPE mixed monolayer and surface pressure had an important impact on its stability.
