Since the judicial system of Nanjing National Government is at the development peak of the judicial system in China’s modern history, the judiciary management, an important part of the judicial system, also reflects a certain degree of scientific and normative nature. The judiciary management achieves its system management goal mainly through formulating corresponding qualification standards and appointment procedures, and enhancing the evaluation. However, due to various limits, there inevitably exist many problems in the system.
