New media widely involved in urban planning,urban planning can better dissemination of information and expertise,supervise the planning implementation and planning of administrative behavior,and can direct the expression of interest demands and suggestions for improvement. For the democracy of urban and rural planning,in terms of ideology should encourage public participation in urban and rural planning through a variety of media; improve the urban and rural planning information system in the media release mechanism,the establishment of urban and rural planning discussion hot media platform in the technology,media and the rule of law so as to form a way of public participation in urban planning. Active media can accelerate the legalization process of urban and rural planning. At the same time,urban planning departments in the feedback media,from the traditional＂rule＂thinking to the modern rule of law ＂governance＂thinking transformation,urban and rural planning only go on the rule of law and media on the road,will better promote the benign operation and sustainable development of the city.
