The consistency of nearest neighbor density estimator fn∧（x）for widely orthant dependent samples un-der suitable conditions by widely upper orthant dependent exponential inequality is discussed in this paper. Some sufficient conditions for weak and strong consistency of the estimator fn∧（x）are given.The theory of this paper extends the consistency of nearest neighbor density estimator to the case of widely orthant dependent sam-ples.
