Professional title system of primary and secondary school teacher is not only critical for primary and secondary teachers＇ development,but it is also an important symbol of their life value and significance. There are some problems existing in the previous professional title system,such as inversion of purpose and means,assessment of the conditions of deviation from teaching,distortion competition due to quota etc. Therefore,in the new reform on the profession title system of primary and secondary teachers,attention should be paid to highlighting the incentive of professional title evaluation; the requirements for scientific research papers should be properly handled,and professional title grade should be further clarified.
