Currently, various labor market attitudes, orientations, and career planning types of college students influence their methods to understand, construct and approach employability. By analyzing students’ different career orientations, the paper sets four modes of career orientations, and makes a survey into the effects on employability due to college students’ different labor market orientations and coping strategies, so as to provide reference for nurturing college talents and reforming the labor market.
