英文摘要：

Industrial pollution and corporate scandals frequently happened in Japan after the World War II. Under such pressure, Japanese government, enterprises, civil organizations and people got together to promote Corporate Social Responsibility （CSR） and to establish the environment management system,fi- nally receiving significant environmental effect. China is facing a tough challenge with serious environmen- tal problems. In China, the CSR system hasn＇t been established well and enterprises are far away from the target of energy conservation and emissions reduction. The successful experience from Japan of its promo- tion and implementation of CSR is worthy of reference for China.
