The unreasonable country industry structure in Northeast restricts the sustainable development of country industry. The county industry structure should be upgraded and improved under the new normal of economic development. It is necessary to develop rural tourism industry, agricultural product processing industry, supporting facility industry related to industrial production and information industry with the pattern of ＂internet ＋ industry＂. It is still essential to constantly optimize the structure of county industry in order to improve the mutual amalgamation and coordinated development of county primary, secondary and tertiary industries. On this basis, firstly, the rural tourism brand should be set up by strengthening the supervision and administration of rural tourism. Secondly, it is still important to create a good economic and social environment and enhance the core competitiveness of agricultural product processing industry in Northeast. Thirdly, it is vital to build an e-commerce platform and develop offline logistics.
