The paper analyzes the related decisions of food inspection qualification rate from the network food distributors and the food manufacturers by building economic optimization models, and explores the influence factors which could promote the network food distributor and the food producer to decide the unit food qualification rate to meet the standards, finding that the optimal unit food qualification rate decided by the food manufacture is negatively affected by the food purchase price of the network distribution and the unit net loss, while is positively affected by the unit net premium of qualicationfication food unit.
