英文摘要：

The discipline of administrative management is closely related to its discipline status, identity and academic dig- nity. And in China it is closely linked to the Western public administration in the academic research and the education of undergrad- uate, master, doctor. In this process, the analysis of the subject value of western public administration and research path and the thinking of Chinese public administration can help us deepen the understanding of public administration, and improve the level of our profession. It also makes our research have the vision of globalization and local care, and establishes the discipline of public admin- istration with Chinese characteristics.
